Online: Find your confirmation email, click “Manage Reservations” at the bottom, verify with your phone number, then cancel. Get a text/email confirmation.
Re-Book: Can’t cancel? Book a new table anytime via our site or phone—no need to cancel first, we'll do it for you.
By Phone: Call 0412410573 to cancel, reschedule, or re-book.

Step 1

Locate Your Reservation Email
Find the confirmation email you received from Trattoria Da Gigi Venezia when you made your booking. It contains all the details you’ll need to manage your reservation.

Step 2

Once you clicked Manage Reservation on Step1, you will come to the next step which is similar to the image below. Find and click Cancel Reservation

Step 3

Confirm and Cancel
On the next screen (see the example image), enter your mobile phone number to verify your booking. Then, click “Yes, Cancel Reservation” to proceed.

Step 4

Get Your Cancellation Confirmation
Once canceled, you’ll receive a text message and an email confirming that your reservation has been successfully canceled. You’re all set!
